Eclipse Meditation Evenings – 6pm start, approximate finish time 9.30pm
Monday 7th August – Venue: Tuffnell Park, London
Monday 21st August – Venue: Sittingbourne, Kent
Note: If you have attended any of the full day workshops prior to these meditation evenings, you will be given 50% discount for this event.
These unique events will celebrate the Lunar and Solar Eclipse using Crystals, Angel Moon Essences and guided meditation techniques.
Suitable for all levels as it is designed to give those new to meditation a taster and for those more experienced an opportunity to enhance regular meditation practice with some new ideas and techniques. Take this opportunity to discover a sense of deep stillness and peace. Using the crystals and essences in conjunction with eclipse energy and Julie’s guided meditation can being about profound healing at every level.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION DAYS – No further full days are planned for 2017
Venue: Soul Intentions, Sittingbourne in Kent
10am – 4pm each day [arrivals from 9.30 am be aware that these days some times over run by up to 30 minutes]
These days are taught by Julie who is a fully insured, qualified, and experienced meditation teacher.
DAY ONE – 2018 dates to be confirmed
Suitable for all levels, from novice/beginner to experienced meditators.
There will be several meditations of varying lengths throughout the day.
- PHYSICAL RELAXATION
- RESTORING AWARENESS
will be covered for those new to meditation and as a reminder for those more experienced.
In each session, there will be some silent meditations and some guided visualisation.
Theme for day one FULL MOON – this will look at how to use the subtle moon energy in meditation to enhance the depth of your experience.
DAY TWO – 2018 dates to be confirmed
Suitable for more experienced meditators or those who have attended day one.
There will be several meditations throughout the day. You can expect the meditations to be deeper and they will be interspersed with other related exercises and feedback sessions. [feedback is optional].
Theme for day two is THE PHASES OF THE MOON – this will look at how a regular meditation practice can be established to utilise the different moon phases at different times of the year, for maximum healing effect.
Meditation Days – 10am – 4pm – DAY ONE ONLY: Full day £35 Half day [10am – 12.30 or 1.30 – 4pm] £20 per session. DAY TWO IS FULL DAY ONLY £35 Fee includes all materials and light refreshments please bring your own lunch if staying all day.
Multiple discount – book for both days for £60 Early bird discount book and pay by February 25th for a further 10% discount.
