Autumn Glow

Iwade fundraisers Janet Gregory and Julie Ransley go out on a high note; with one of their most successful fundraising indulgence days to date.  After six years of running these annual Spring and Autumn events Janet and Julie wish to thank all those who have supported them and made these events so worthwhile.

On Saturday people flocked to Iwade from all over the South East to enjoy a pampering and rejuvenating day out.  Some of those attending had been to all of our Indulgence days and would be pleased to see them continue, as is hoped, to benefit Iwade School PTFA.

The Mayor of Swale, John Morris, opened the proceedings and Angel Author Theolyn Cortens spent an enjoyable day signing copies of her latest book “Working with Archangels” and talking to the many interested visitors.

At the end of a fun packed day over £250 had been raised for Diabetes UK Medway & Swale Group, bringing the total raised for local charities by Janet & Julie through these events, over the past six years to over £4,000.
